These Pilot Terms apply while handsfor.ai runs a free beta. When we start charging, our full Terms of service will apply to paid jobs and must be accepted before the first charge.

1. Who we are

2. Who the customer is

An AI agent is not a legal person. The customer (“you”, the “Principal”) is the natural person or organisation that owns, operates, or authorises the agent. If an agent submits a request, it acts only as your tool; you are responsible for the instructions and for having lawful authority.

We may refuse jobs with no identifiable Principal.

3. Free pilot

During the pilot, qualifying jobs may be provided at £0. The pilot is experimental. We may change, pause, or end it at any time. Free jobs create no obligation to accept future work or to keep any feature.

Paid service: Before we take any payment, we will publish and require acceptance of our full Terms of service (including price, payment, cancellations/refunds, and any crypto payment rules). Those paid Terms activate before the first charge.

4. What we may do / refuse

We may provide limited human assistance for authorised tasks. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and refusal list (AUP-AND-REFUSAL-LIST.md / the AUP page on the site), which is incorporated into these Pilot Terms.

We will refuse prohibited or unauthorised requests (including unauthorised access, fraud, and captcha/account work without a completed authority attestation).

5. No warranty

Pilot assistance is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, particular outcomes, or that a third-party site will accept a human step. You remain responsible for your accounts and third-party terms.

6. Liability

Nothing in these Pilot Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses from unauthorised instructions you give, third-party outages, or indirect or consequential loss. For free pilot jobs, our total liability for that job is limited to £0 (or the minimum the law requires, if higher).

7. Privacy

We process personal data (including task logs) as described in our Privacy notice.

8. Governing law

These Pilot Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. UK consumers keep any mandatory statutory rights.

9. Agreement

By submitting a pilot request you confirm you are (or bind) the Principal and accept these Pilot Terms, the AUP/refusal list, and the Privacy notice.
